Solution Standards

CAMTech, Inc. provides each customer with a fully integrated and user-friendly automation solution. As
a one-source automation provider, CAMTech’s solutions typically include project management, systems
engineering, design review with solid image concept drawings, systems construction and programming,
integration to existing equipment, standard documentation, and installation/training time.

To enhance CAMTech’s technical support of each automation solution, CAMTech provides the customer
with a custom operating manual designed specifically for each project. This documentation is designed
to provide general knowledge of the automation solution, including maintenance and troubleshooting
procedures. Included in this set, entitled The CAMTech Customer Operating Manual, are:

* Mechanical Drawings, including Hydraulics and Pneumatics
* Robot Program Flow Chart and Source Code
* Recommended Spare Parts List
* Maintenance Schedule
* Machine Procedures
* Electrical Drawings

Information on vendor-supplied components, including manuals and prints for purchased components,
will also be provided in the manual, in quantities as provided to CAMTech from its suppliers.

In addition to the paper layouts provided in the Operating Manual, all CAMTech-original documentation
is also supplied on CD-ROM. CAMTech mechanical drawings are rendered using current SolidWorks
software. Electrical drawings are provided in AutoCAD Electrical format.

For software security and troubleshooting purposes, a backup copy of all custom automation
documentation and programming is retained off-site from the installation site, at CAMTech, Inc.’s
facility.
